Jon Maichel Thomas is a Creative Director with a talent for turning complex, story-driven ideas into captivating projects across digital, web, social, content, and video. With a sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of user experience, Jon brings innovation to every project, from concept to execution.

As a Commercial Director and User Experience Director, Jon has led high-profile campaigns for brands like YouTube, Target, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medtronic, UMN Fairview, Earth Justice, MIIR, Bass Pro Shops, and USBANK, shaping digital experiences and narratives that connect and engage.

Jon’s career in film spans over twenty feature films, where he worked as a title designer and VFX artist on major titles including The Coen Brothers' Intolerable Cruelty, Robert Altman's The Company, Mike Nichols' Angels in America, and Syfy's Hover, among others. 

A storyteller at heart, Jon produced the critically acclaimed Ghost from the Machine and the award-winning The Sand Box, while also writing and directing the award-winning shorts Photos & Drawings and The Great White Storm.
